My Unconventional Delivery System!

Shinobu was too shocked to say anything, her face went blank, she couldn't believe it, no she refused to, there is no way that Kyle is the God they worship!

"Y-your joking right?" 

"No, I wish. I was but I'm not."

"No way…." She felt very complicated at the moment.

Then she added, "T-then, if you're the God that my family worships, t-then you should know the appearance of my grandmother right?"

"Umm...is that it? You sure?" He was doubting whether that is just her question because it's simply too easy!

However, little did he know that aside from her family, no one knows the appearance of the Shinobu that met in the past.

"Yes!" She was anticipating his answer 

"Well...to be honest with you when I saw you for the first time, I thought you were Shinobu, your great-grandmother. I could barely see the difference between your appearance, maybe you are her reincarnation I suppose." He said.

After that, Shinobu finally believed him. Right now, she can't understand what she's feeling. All this time their God was someone she knew, and not just anybody. Before he revealed his identity, he was her only male friend, and the first man she actually found attractive.

And now that he revealed his identity to her, she couldn't help but think about the things that she did to him. She realized that she was really rude towards her God, and her expression became anxious.

'Oh, no...what, I just doubt our God and even though badly of him before...W-will he forgive me?' She thought.

Kyle noticed her anxiety and asked. "What's wrong?"

"K-kl- no God! Forgive me for my rudeness before! I-i didn't mean to do it!" Shinobu suddenly kneeled in front of him.

"Woah, Woah easy, your commitment is too damn heavy. I revealed the fact that I am the God that your family worships, but I never asked you to treat me like one, just act as you did before." He approached her and helped her stand up.

"B-but... with your status...how could I…" Shinobu didn't know what to do, from young her family strictly trained her, that if she ever met their God, she would act like a servant.

"Status? It doesn't matter to me."

"But still…" 

"Listen, I'm the God you worship, right?"

"That's correct…" She nodded.

"Then, I order you to act like you usually do, because you acting like a servant feels unnatural, you don't want your God to feel uncomfortable right?"

"That's... right...do you truly want me to act like before? You won't be displeased?" She asked.

"Why would I? Do you think that my personality is just a facade? Nope, I'm not smart enough to act like that, sounds like a pain in the ass to me, so are you disappointed that the God you worship doesn't act almighty?" He smiled at her.

"Of course not! In fact, I'm seriously relieved!" Then at the end, she mumbled.

"If it's you then….I don't mind…"

Kyle heard this clearly and asked what she meant. "Hey Shinobu, what do you mean if it's me you don't mind?"

"E-eh? You heard me?" Shinobu became embarrassed knowing that her words were heard by him.

"Of course." 

"Ah..right you're a God...of course you can hear things clearly even if it's far away. '' She nearly forgot that this man in front of her was no human, so trying to lie isn't going to work, so she decided to tell the truth.

"K-kyle, you know my family has a particular rule…"

"Oh? And that rule is?" He doesn't know what that rule is but he had a bad feeling about it.

Shinobu couldn't look him directly to the eyes because she's blushing hard, she could only look at the concrete on the floor, then she answered him.

"I-it's for the current Miku to marry our God if he ever shows up." 

Kyle stared at her in silence, then she said. "What kind of dumb rule is that?"

"Wha-? What are you saying?! Aren't you the one who set the rule?" Shinobu looked at him with confusion.

"The fuck, I have never set such retarded rule in my life." He had a contemptuous expression while speaking.

"Eh? The-then, who made the rule?" 

"....Your family obviously, who else other than them." He looked at her with a strange expression, if his expression were to be put to words it would be. 'Isn't it too obvious?'

"Oh, right…" Shinobu felt like her intelligence was being taken away from her if they were talking about family-related problems. 

"Anyway, as for the individual who decided to add such retarded rule, that I don't know but listen, you don't have to follow such rule, okay?" He said strictly.

"Al-alright...then I won't follow it…" Even though she was now free and won't be forced to marry, she had a disappointed expression on her face. 

Kyle noticed her disappointment, he couldn't help but smirk and said teasingly. "Oh? Are you disappointed that you won't be able to marry me anymore? If you really want, we can start dating first." 

"W-w-who'd want to marry you! You must be dreaming!" Her words and expressions didn't match at all.

"Alright, I'll stop teasing you, let's get to the main subject now that you know that I'm the God that your family worships. I want you to bring me to the place where your shrine's heirloom is. I want to know what kind of weapon your great-grandmother made for me." He's curious about what kind of weapon it is, but he had a hunch of what it is.

Shinobu's embarrassed expression was long gone, her expression was now replaced with anticipation and excitement. All this year she had been curious about what kind of heirloom is inside the seal and now, she had a chance to know what it is!

"Alright! Follow me!" Shinobu hurriedly guided him toward the place where the heirloom was sealed.

Looking at her, he thought. ``She's more excited than I am, but I can understand that since generation after generation, she finally had a chance to see what exactly the heirloom is."

Both of them arrive at a grand-looking Japanese castle, in that castle there were security guards all over the place, seeing this he realized how important the kocho family values the heirloom that was for him.

"Well...your family value the heirloom so much, even though they have no idea what it was."

"You can't blame us for that...after all, from what my parents heard from my grandparents, the heirloom inside the seal is a powerful magical item."

"Oh? Now that makes me more eager to know what is inside, let's not waste any more time, let's fucking gooooo!"

"....Let's fucking goo?" Shinobu repeated his words even though she had no idea what it meant since it was spoken in English.

Then Shinobu went toward the castle, where the heirloom is sealed, and after her Kyle followed, however, unlike Shinobu, he was stopped by the guards of this place.

"Stop, this is a restricted area, you do not have the permission to enter."

Kyle, naturally, stopped his steps. He knows how to follow rules, then he looked at Shinobu and said,

"Hey, can you do something about this?"

"Ah, sorry about this." Shinobu forgot about this, she only went with her family to this place, so no one stopped them from going inside.

Then she talked with the guards, and finally, they allowed Kyle to go inside, as they went further inside the castle, the security became even heavier, at this point. Kyle thought these people were protecting a national treasure or something. 

Finally, they arrived at the gate, where the heirloom was sealed, like Kyle expected, the gate has some sort of engraving, it was a barrier that prevents mortals from opening it, from what he could see only a person with divinity could open the gate.

Knowing this information, he smiled bitterly. "What a seriously flawed barrier, if another divine being were to go here, they could unlock this seal easily."

"Huh? What do you mean?" Shinobu asked curiously...

"Nothing, it's not that important anyway, I'm going to open the gate so be ready for whatever is going to happen." Then Kyle touched the gate and poured some of his divine energy.

After that, suddenly the entire shrine itself started trembling and everyone panicked thinking that it was an unexpected earthquake but they were all wrong, it was just the sealed gate opening, then Kyle looked at Shinobu and said.

"Want to go inside?"

Shinobu's eyes sparkled and exclaimed. "Yes please!"
