Chapter 48 – Celestial Bodies
Syl looked up fearfully as Gallae's avatar materialized. There were several impacts upon the surface of the small planetoid while she was gone, and the surface gravity had increased substantially.
"Now do you understand?" Gallae opened a window, and showed how Lena now slept. "Once a week. Any longer where you stress your body, and she will need to sleep to recover. It is only two days, but once a week only requires an hour extra." Syl swallowed a lump in her throat.
"Will she grow stronger in the future?" Syl asked. "She spoke about how I am the first, but there will be others." Gallae smiled.
"There will be many Others." Gallae said. "This celestial body will become as strong as Haven in the future. There will be life, and people to live upon it." Gallae smiled. "In the future, she will not have to transfer her power into you to sustain your body. You'll get it from her celestial body. Just like you did from Kyrie's celestial body." Syl blinked, and suddenly bowed down.
"I finally understand, Gallae." The world rumbled around her. "I belong to the Empress, and worship her as my goddess, but I must still show respect to her elder." The world stopped rumbling, and she dared to look up.
"I am more than her elder, but that is not important." Gallae pointed to her small hut. "You are the prime, the first of the Others of the Empress. This house is not adequate in the long run."
"In the future, when you return to get fed, ask for tools. Build a proper home. Your area will not change except for access to water, and the surface will turn to soil. You may make structured paths, plan where gardens shall be, and start to build a small settlement." Gallae sighed a bit.
"It may take a few decades, or even centuries, but you'll have lots of sisters for company."

A tall shapely woman appeared within Imera's throne room, and floated up to stand upon her knee. She opened her eyes, and a white light flooded the room. She smiled gently.
"Daughter, I've come to see you." She stepped up to Imera's massive stone chest, and lightly caressed her stone skin. "She's growing up, daughter. Our child is growing up nicely." She smiled and reached down to caress her stone belly.
"The seeds meant for her are incubating nicely, and she will be able to stabilize this time." Gallae sighed a bit. "It's been a long time, but her gentle spirit resembles you, while her savage lust resembles me." Gallae rubbed her cheek on Imera's breast, but soon stopped, as though she heard a silent voice.
"But daughter, I can not interrupt your rest." She said, but soon smiled. "You're right. It has been a long time, hasn't it? Alright, maybe a little. Not the decades long session that sets off volcanoes though. Just until she wakes up again."
Gallae watched the stone figure's cheeks flush a bit, and walked towards her chest. Gallae phased through her skin, and disappeared.
In the middle of the Great Desert, an area far from any form of life, a volcano erupted after nearly half the night was over, and continued erupting for two days straight.
Just like Lena, Gallae entered the dream state of the goddess, Imera. Within that dream state, her beautiful daughter slept soundly, but wrapped herself around her creator when she came close.
Imera. The daughter and lover of the deity, Gallae, had only ever believed that Gallae was her big sister. When they touched, old sealed memories would burst forth, and she would greatly desire her creator's touch once again.
It was also the reason Gallae sealed her memories. Imera would not cool down while they were together, and would become a primitive savage landscape all over again. Volcanoes would erupt everywhere. Earthquakes. Typhoons. Tornadoes.
All were natural disasters to the mortal races, but were merely Imera's physical reaction to Gallae's love. Imera was so naughty while they loved each other, she had to be restrained in order to prevent her celestial body from killing all life upon her surface.
However, from time to time, Gallae couldn't help herself. She loved her young wife a lot, and wanted to spend all eternity with her.
When Gallae stepped out of her chest, and out of her dream state, she fondly rubbed her skin.
"When you evolve, my beautiful Imera, we'll be able to spend more time together. Your dream state will become your astral body, and it will not affect your celestial body." She smiled gently, and groaned.
"For millions of years, Gallae has existed within the universe, spinning and powering the galaxies forever upon her fingertips, and yet two thousand years feels like an eternity!" She growled, and after a several seconds, she groaned.
"Now I know how our daughter, Kyrie, feels."

"You're tired again." Kyrie said as she cradled Lena to her chest, and their companions embraced both of them from behind.
"Necessity." Lena yawned delicately. "She starved herself out of fear as it was her first time asking for help. She won't make that mistake again." Lena yawned again.
"Go to sleep, Lena." Kyrie said with a soft smile. "I'll stay today, but go back to Haven tonight. I'll come back tomorrow night, and keep you company until you wake up again." Lena murmured softly, and nodded slowly until she fell asleep again.
"Goddess, will she grow even stronger in the future?" Nuri asked in concern.
"She didn't have the strength to feed anyone when she first got to the temple." Kyrie reminded her. "She'll grow stronger." She lightly rubbed Lena's nose with her own.
"Goddess, can we accompany her all the time?" Nuri asked gently. "Even when she goes to Haven, or anywhere, can we be with her?" Kyrie smiled.
"Do you think she would let you leave now that she's reached in and hooked you so firmly?" Kyrie said. "Each time you are even a step away from her, she reinforces that hook in your cores. She will not let you go now that she is attached to you." She looked at Nuri with a smirk.
"Unless she allows it, you are not to step one foot away from her. Ever." Nuri smiled, as her lips started to tremble.
"Thank you, goddess." She put her head down and properly covered Lena with her body. "I feel incomplete if I am not near her."
To the ones assigned to her, this was not a punishment, but a true reward.
