"Fellow disciple Qin Lan! May I come in?" a knock came from the door along with a sentence asking for his permission to enter.

"Please!" Qin Lan's replied. Tidying his clothing slightly to seem more presentable, Qin Lan made his way to the door as he exchanges a hand gesture with his visitor.

"This will be the payment for your refining service. The client has topped it up to 100 Flesh Foundation Pills as a reward for your praiseworthy services," the female receptionist placed two bottles of Flesh Foundation Pill on the table.

"Fellow disciple, if you have nothing much to do, would you consider taking up a few specially appointed requests?" she continued. In her hand is a stack of wooden request boards with different contents.

"Specially appointed request? Are they different from what was published in the Pill Request Hall?" Qin Lan invited the female receptionist to take a seat as he poured her a cup of tea. As he was here for less than a week, there's much for Qin Lan to slowly adapt and learn.

That means completing this task alone worth twice or more points compared to the Turbulence Pill task he took three days ago.

"It's attractive, indeed." Qin Lan placed the wooden board back on the table and went for another one. The content was more or less the same except for the pill requested.

It took him about ten minutes to arrive at an open space with close to a hundred disciples of the Cloud Plucking Sect sparring against one another. There are also a few odd disciples scattered around the corner helping them, based on their requirements.

"That's where our senior brother is." the disciple pointed at where Qin Fan is at. Beside Qin Fan is Lu Yi and Huo Zunjie, who was sparring using a wooden sword.

"Thank you. Where can I get a wooden sword? I want to give all of them a surprise." Qin Lan asked. The smart disciple quickly understands Qin Lan's intention and grabs one from the nearby shelf for Qin Lan uses.

Staying behind quietly, he maintains his sight at Qin Lan as the disciple anticipates what he's going to do.

"It's the young master." they immediately recognized the attacker's identity. Lifting the sword in their hand and countering Qin Lan's attack, the trio quickly engaged in a fight with over a hundred spectators around them stopped doing what they're doing.

"Who's that guy? It was sick to see him creates four mirages that can fight independently." praises came from the spectators as they witness Qin Lan's fight.

"Leg." Qin Lan used the body of the wooden sword and slapped Lu Yi's ankle before he made a sweeping kick that topples both of them on the ground.

Lu Yi landed on the ground back first. As for Huo Zunjie, he managed to keep his balance. Still, Qin Lan's sword stopped at his cheek, hinting to him that's not a wise move either.

"Third brother." Qin Fan stepped forward and gave them a clap. The others followed after they were shown a great fight like this.

"Eldest brother. I have some time today, so I purposely pay you all a visit. Where're the others?" Qin Lan returned the wooden sword to the disciple who brought him here and gave his eldest brother a hug.

Each one of them has something to be done around here.

And they're not losing to Qin Lan. Especially for Lu Yi. He accepted a task to protect the people in a village nearby from a school of Fanged Demon Boars. For the others, it was supposed to be a group mission for a party of three, but Lu Yi managed to accomplish it by himself.

Furthermore, he managed to bring back two fourth-Level Rock Armored Boar corpses, which were evaluated to worth ten contribution points each.

As for Huo Zunjie, it seems that he had his own part of the fun as well in this dwelling.

"We're home... Eh? Lan-er is here?" Qin Chan gave Qin Lan a hug like a doting sister. Hu Jia's turn was next before Lu Qing Yun came and politely addressed Qin Lan as usual.

The family shared a table of dinner together. After spending a night together with Hu Jia, Qin Lan finally returned to his Lower-Xuan Room the next morning, ready to accept another request.

"Good morning, fellow disciple Qin Lan." Shan Xiong Xin greeted Qin Lan the moment he noticed Qin Lan coming into the Pill Request Hall.

"Morning, fellow disciple Shan." Qin Lan returned the gesture.

"Do you have time to spare today?" Shan Xiong Xin slapped the medicinal pouch in his hand as he asked the question.

"Of course!" Qin Lan smiled.
