Chapter 50: Have You Ever Liked Someone?
Rong Zian had a moment of epiphany sinking into a sea of despair when he thought of all the crazy things he had done, all in the name of a dream. 'Crap! All that shit wasn't a dream. What that fuck!' he cursed internally freaking out. He couldn't comprehend what had just happened. With too many unanswered questions, he could only think of a certain goddess aka his mother, she might be the only one who could answer all his question but he had no idea when he would see her again.
This was just too much of a mind-blowing discovery especially all those crazy stunts he pulled off in the name of a dream even eating the forbidden fruit which he didn't regret by the way. He ate that tofu and he ate it thoroughly, even if he was to die now he would die a happy man.
Pushing away all the confusing questions at the back of his mind, he stood up deciding to reserve those questions for Guang whenever they will meet. Right now he was more concerned with 'how to get a prince without getting his balls chopped off.' Its moments like these that made him miss Baidu, he could just search for an answer.
"I understand, thanks for telling me this. I really didn't know," he said sincerely grateful to Ying Tie for sharing. He was about to change into his dry clothes when he suddenly had an idea. Since it seemed as though they were on friendly terms, why not ask Ying Tie for advice on how to get someone you like to like you back.
"Oh, by the way, have you ever liked someone?" he asked with Ying Tie's back facing him.
"Yeah, why?" asked Ying Tie with his brows furrowed, throwing pebbles into the river.
"How did you get them to like you back?" he asked as he unfastened the belt on his outer garment.
"Just tell them straight-up that you like them. Problem solved," replied Ying Tie wondering why they were even discussing such an easily resolved thing in the first place.
"Did you confess straight up?" asked a sceptical Rong Zian, his outer garment already shed off.
I got rejected but that because it was Ying Tianshi' best friend and she said she didn't date her friends' brothers,"
Rong Zian couldn't hold back his laughter recalling who exactly Ying Tie was referring to. That girl was all over the coy blonde warrior he almost fought with in the ring. He found it hilarious that Ying Tie had been lied too, that girl was also friends with the coy blonde's sister but she was all over him like a blood-sucking flea. The girl just didn't like Ying Tie full stop.
"Pfft…..HAHAHAHA!" he laughed almost half-naked changing his clothes.
Ying Tie hastily stood up seemingly instigated by Rong Zian's unrestrained laughter. "What you laughing at, haven't you-," he yelled before abruptly paused when he noticed Rong Zian was naked at the top half and was about to take off his pants.
"Are you fuckin' kidding me, what if people see you like that? Are you crazy!" bellowed Ying Tie scanning the whole area for peeping toms.
Rong Zian's actions abruptly stopped baffled because Ying Tie had said the F-word when he threatened him never to say it in front of him ever again. "You said the F-word when you threatened me never to say it in front you?" said Rong Zian in an accusatory tone and a wronged look on his face.
"Yes, yes l said it. Now put your clothes on before someone sees you," replied Ying Tie looking for a hideout for Rong Zian to change. "or go behind the bush and change," he suggested shoving him into the shrubs.
"But it's only you here?" he pointed out as he hastily got dressed. If only both of them knew that Ying Tie at that time was just protecting his boss' goods from peeping eyes.

While Rong Zian was busy taking a plunge into the river to rescue his balls from being burnt off, a few miles away, Wu Yinyou was carrying out a mission in the troll territory. This was the location of the second fragment of the amulet which was also the prince's next stop in their conquest to save their world but Wu Yinyou beat them to it at her father's command.
Due to her previous failure, her father, Wu Wúqíng had arranged for Wu Fan, alias the ferryman to acquire the first fragment amulet in the prince's possession. It was most certainly clear that she was no match for this Rong Zian but she didn't think Wu Fan would fare any better and thus prepared for his impending failure.
She decided on a rather indirect approach the next time they met but today, her main concern was the hideous troll King, named Kepa who was currently tossing insults in her direction. King Kepa was currently in possession of the second fragment of the amulet and Wu Wúqíng had instructed his heiress to bring the trolls into submission and the fragment seized but that was proving to be a difficult task even for a loli with an army.
Though ugly with dirty green scales all over their bodies and huge plump cysts with some oozing out pus, the trolls had thick hides that even the sharpest sword couldn't slice through but that wasn't the worst part. They were taller and stronger than humans with strength in numbers. Coupling that with the fragment of the amulet, they were uncontrollable. The only thing that kept them from invading Hepeng was that barrier otherwise they would slaughter the entire human race.
Wu Yinyou was enraged with King Kepa when he refused her offer but she had to swallow her anger down as he was face to face with an armed troll army.
Glaring at the arrows pointing in her direction she spoke gritting her teeth, "King Kepa don't be unreasonable. We all want the same thing out of this and Lord Wúqíng already partnered with the dragons who handed over their fragment. The third is in Wu Yange's hands but that is easy to acquire, it's only a matter of time before our Lordship has it. Wouldn't it be smart to hand over your fragment so my father can make us Kings?" trying to persuade King Kepa who was arrogantly ignoring her while being fed dried meat by what she could only presume to be a female troll.
The troll king sat up straight, letting out a horrid laugh with drool dripping from his mouth. Wu Yinyou looked away in disgust, making no attempt to hide her repulsion. "HAHAHAHA! It seems your father has a big plan for Hepeng yet he can't even step a foot out of Qinshu province. Okay, I will bite but under one condition," he said rubbing his beer belly in satisfaction, "I have never had the taste of human women, such beautiful delicate creatures. How about this you marry me right now and I will hand over the amulet freely."
King Kepa stood up and scratched his itchy butt before smelling his fingertips that had just taken care of the irritation making Wu Yinyou involuntarily dry heaving. There was absolutely no way that was happening she would rather kill him for the fragment.
The brazen troll kick advanced in her direction, with every step he took, a certain foul smell intensified assaulting her nose. It smelt worse than decaying corpses that had been left under the blazing sun for two weeks.
Kepa lifted his hand to touch her face but she was extremely fast, disappearing in front of him in a split second. Using her telekinesis ability, she lifted the troll king's throne and tossed it at him with great speed but the troll drew power from the fragment and broke the throne into a million pieces.
Gravely insulted, the troll king roared, "Kill that vile hoe!" pointing at her but she disappeared in an instant leaving behind her subordinates who had accompanied her. It didn't take long for them to be subdued and mercilessly slaughtered by the trolls. She had failed again and was left with one option, to go after Rong Zian before Wu Fan got to him but she had no idea Wu Fan had already reached him but failed miserably.
