AZI: The History Shattering Burial of a Selfish Lunatic, Who Walked through Reincarnation for Two-Trillion Years

AZI Volume 4 Chapter 27

“…”

Biting down on the healing pill that is in his mouth, Long Hua abruptly raises his movement speed—leaving numerous afterimages behind.

Rotating the Tranquil Heart Incantation, while fully focused on executing Flowers within the Mist repeatedly, petals of varying shapes manifest with every single of his blade—trapping the White Serpent King within a rotating wall of flower petals!

“Heart Sword.”

As his dislocated left arm mends itself—through the effects of the healing pill, Long Hua draws out the Heart Sword.

Holding a sword in each hand, Long Hua continues to move around the White Serpent King—that is gradually covered in blade wounds from head to toe.

*Grrrooooo…* unable to keep up with Long Hua’s movement, the White Serpent King raises an animalistic growl, as it lashes out with its blades in a rampant manner.

(Wrong.)

As his next slash causes an incomplete flower to manifest, Long Hua frowns, while barely avoiding the White Serpent King’s blade, which had chipped off a bit of his hair.

(Not like this.)

As another flower with a jagged body manifests through the movement of his blade, Long Hua’s frown deepens, as he watches the unstable flower collapse—the moment it shows a sign of blooming.

(Wrong again.)

Continuing to evade the White Serpent King’s blades, while repeatedly drawing out incomplete flowers with his sword swings, Long Hua sinks into a state of mind—that is akin to deep meditation.

“…”

Narrowing his eyes that are giving off a strong glow of blue radiance, Long Hua subtly adjusts the movement of his right hand, as Bai Zhe cuts through the air.

As the flow of time begins to crawl, a flower gradually manifests in the air that Bai Zhe had cut through.

The form of this flower is reminiscent of a plum blossom, and upon the conclusion of Bai Zhe’s movement, the flower gives off a pink glow.

Slowly, the plum blossom blooms, and—

*Boom!* as its petals scatter, the White Serpent King’s right arm is reduced into droplets of mercurous liquid!

“…”

Not feeling any hints of joy in having drawn out a flower correctly, Long Hua continues to move around the White Serpent King.

This time, he swings the Heart Sword to draw out a camellia.

As the camellia blooms, the White Serpent King’s left arm is the second limb to go.

(At higher mastery, I should be able to draw out more than 50 flowers in a single swing… But this will have to do for now.)

………

Looking upon Long Hua from within the dreamscape, the Tai Xuan Emperor constricts her eyes, and mutters—

“Still a monster.”

As Long Hua begins to incorporate his killing intent into his attacks, the flowers that are created are dyed in a glow of crimson radiance.

Rather quickly, all that remains of the White Serpent King is its head alone, and despite its best efforts to reform its body, the sword Qi flower petals that are scattered around it—makes it impossible for it to do so.

………

“This is… Sword Qi?”

Realizing what the flowers are, a bead of cold sweat rolls down Wang Bei Mu’s face.

Having lived for as long as he did, this isn’t the first time that Wang Bei Mu had seen a sword practitioner; however, this is the first time that he’s seen a sword practitioner, who is capable of demonstrating a sword intent that is this advanced.

It is a well-known fact that sword practitioners are superior when they are fighting someone of the same cultivation realm. In other words, for Wang Bei Mu, who had regressed to the peak of the Foundation Establishment realm—due to his many years of imprisonment, his strength at this time isn’t enough to contend against Long Hua.

(No, this doesn’t make any sense. Isn’t he a weapon spirit? Why is he able to use sword Qi? Did weapon spirits undergo a mutation while I was sealed away, or is he just special?)

………

“A disobedient weapon… Is utterly worthless to me.”

Muttering this into the right ear of the White Serpent King, Long Hua proceeds to—

*…!* sever the ear off, while also drawing out the twentieth flower.

Following the severance of the White Serpent King’s ear, the twentieth flower blooms—shredding off a portion of the former’s head, while also separating their neck from the rest of its body!

Grabbing what remains of the White Serpent King’s head, Long Hua leaps back—distancing himself from what remains of the former’s body, as the wall of flower petals shrinks, to close in on it.

Within the blink of an eye, the White Serpent King’s body is pulverized into numerous droplets of mercurous liquid, and are separated into cubic containers—formed of sword Qi.

Directing a cold glare at the White Serpent King’s head, Long Hua remarks—

“One of the good points of this world is its size, and with how violent the waters here are, they’ll be able to carry those droplets—that make up your body, as far away from the other as possible.”

Following Long Hua’s words, the cubic prisons moved to the edge of the island—causing the White Serpent King to widen its one remaining eye.

“Either I drop those parts into the waters right now, or you can choose to submit to me by blinking your left eye twice. Make your choice.”

As Long Hua controls the cubic prisons—to begin lowering themselves into the raging seas, the White Serpent King grits its teeth, and reluctantly chooses to blink its left eye twice.

“…”

Tossing the White Serpent King’s head aside, Long Hua turns towards the direction of Tian Cheng and Wang Bei Mu, and begins to approach them.
